Bug description: doesn't give you buff of 36 seconds or more as it should ,and also should reset the old cooldown ,posted a video from blizz to get the idea
Proof: this is a blizz picture ,but can be tested on freakz very easy on a dumy target ,it gives you only 20-22 seconds no matter how many combo points you used

Fixed duration (still won't go above 36 (or 42 with Deeper Stratagem), because it's not a spell related bug, but a more general one), and not removing old buffs.
