it is 10% but it should be 15% , did you even read on the site?

currently, prey on the weak is 15% for assassination.

and you're saying it should be 15% for outlaw and subtelty also.

it might be a tooltip bug... we're having way too many tooltip bugs.

but https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=131511 (wowhead link) is saying 10% ?

Yeah you may be right with the tooltip bug , but still its worth checking out
