[FIXED] [Rogue] [all spec] Stealth

Bug description: when in arena or when you hit the pvp training dummy if enter stealth and then get out you'll never be able re stealth unless you vanish even when you vanish and get out of stealth after it you won't be able to re stealth as you can see in the proof below i was able to mount up so am out of combat but stealth is blurred out and you can't use it
