Dont know who messed with this but it does 0 HEALING completly , fix asap as it is a very huge utility spell ( also that other talents are buggy.)

@Rageless @Pirinush not sure if any of you did anything to this but roll it back if you did or try to see whats wrong please.

never implied its your fault , tho it seems same thing happened to shadowblades ( 0 damage for rogues few days ago or maybe same time as this ) so maybe its a common issue
