Confirmed! The haste caps for every increase tick are as follow:

16,6%
33%
50%
66%
83%
100%

so at 33% haste we should get 8 ticks

Duration (sec)
= 6
Interval (sec)
= 1 / (1 + TotalHaste)

Also, important to mention there is no partial tick at the end.
