If you have [Storm Elemental](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=192249&name=storm-elemental) talented and it's on cooldown, swapping talents to restoration where you have [Fire Elemental](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=198067&name=fire-elemental) by default, makes Storm Elemental talent be inactive when swapping back.

You'd need to change the 60 talent to something else and back to Storm Elemental, as a relog won't help with this issue.
