Bug description:

Duration (sec)
= 6
Interval (sec)
= 1
Tick Immediately?
Yes

Immediate tick missing resulting in lower damage than on tool tip.

Proof:


Retail . at 6:20 talent duration 6 seconds. at 10:50 if you reduce the speed to 0.5 you can easily count 7 ticks.
