[FIXED] [Shaman][Enhancement][Spell] Stormstrike vs Stormblast exploit

WoW Freakz spell link: Stormstrike + Stormblast (a.k.a. ascendance version of stormstrike)

Bug description: These spells, when used, leave a debuff that increases crit chance of the shamans nature spells by 25%. The problem is on freakz if you apply stormstrike, use ascendance, and then use stormblast, the debuff from stormblast will stack with the one from stormstrike and it shouldn't. Check out the video below, the stormblast debuff replaces the stormstrike one.

Stormstrike and stormblast debuffs should not stack. While in ascendance stormblast should replace stormstrike's debuff.
