[FIXED] [Shaman][Enhancement artifact] Stormflurry can proc ride the lightning

Bug description: The 40% stormstrike that can proc off your main SS can proc ride of lightning's chain lightning.
I hit with stormstrike 3 times.
I got 4 main hand attacks and 3 off hand attacks. So the 40% one prcced from the main hand ss
But I got 4 chain lightning procs.

I don't think that should happen.
It's in the spell tooltip:

The second 40% stormstrike it's not a spell that u used but it was a proc.
Just like you didn't use Chain lightning but it procced from Stormstrike.

Same issue as for so many spells: gets procced on hit and not on cast. As I said, I'll come up with a general solution so I can easily fix these
