Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Overloadul de la chain lightning trebuie sa aiba sansa de proc impartita pe fiecare bounce.
Adica daca ai 60% chance de overload fiecare din cele 3 bounceuri va avea o sansa individuala de 20% .De asemenea adaugarea de glyph of chain lightning nu trebuie sa aiba nici o influenta asupra sansei de proc. Adica folosind exemplul anterior cu 60% proc chance fiecare din cele 5 bounceuri va avea o sansa de 20% sa procuiasca overload. Pot avea loc procuri multiple pe un singur chain lightning

La noi toata sansa de proc este concentrata pe primu hit de CL

"Chain Lightning's chance to proc an overload is split between each jump of the spell, and all jumps can independantly proc their own overload. Glyphing CL does not reduce the chance to proc an Overload from an individual jump, which means the glyph actually increases the benefit of Mastery for CL significantly. For this reason Mastery may be worth more on fights with heavy AoE." -- source

secunda 15 are 3 chain lighninguri active in acelasi timp (1 original+ 2 overload)

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Chain Lightning overload should have it's proc chance divided on each bounce. Meaning if you have 60% chance each of the bounces should have 20%. Also adding glyph of chain lightning should not influence proc chance. Using the previous example 60% chance, each proc will have 20%. There can be multiple procs for one chain lightning.
Here the entire proc chance is focused on the first hit.
