[FIXED] [Shaman] Restoration PvP template -intellect

Bug description: Resto shaman has more intellect than it should
I asked a shamy to tell me how much intellect he has in arena at ~825 ilvl
He has ~26700
The screen bellow is from 1 march 2017.. and we can see that the shamy at 825 ilvl has 25400

PS - Quick, can you PM me the screenshot with mistweaver monk template in pvp? (I suspect Mw might also have higher intelect than it should)

i guess you can increase that by trinkets.
some trinkets have additional intellect.

you can't
pvp templates are fixed and predetermined. You can only increase the stats by 1% per every 10 ilvl you add up.

So for example - you can have on all your gear (including trinkets) only stamina... and you should have in arena the exact same stats like someone who has only intelect(including on trinkets) at the same ilvl

Not like I give a *** about this server but the shaman template I gave you for shaman is from 22th march 2017. The last hotfixxes made for legion were on the 21th march, means it's 100% accurate since no hotfixxes followed after it.

hmm.. from 1 march to 21 march there weren't any hotfixes to resto shamy..
can you pm me your screenshot with resto shamy stats in pvp ?

@Jadefox, Please, link a screenshot from the 825 ilvl shaman that had 26400 intel lol, cus at 870 I have 27100, and at 818 I have 25396

Basically, there is nearly no difference between retail and Freakz (100 intel difference as a grand maximum ?)

Besides, the latest template change was on march 22 2017 for 7.1, correct me if I'm wrong.

So yea, waiting for the screenshot from the 825 freakz shaman that told you he has 26400 intel lel, Meanwhile [ BUG REJECTED ] for me

26793 with templates up at 825 ilvl.

I noticed that if you don't have an item in every slot, the ilvl might drop significantly more.
If you can find some low lvl item to put in that slot please do.

Regarding hotfixes .. the last one regarding 7.1.5 was on 21 march (as far as I know)

The screenshot you dropped is from a PvE templated place (its not in arena / bg, Stormwind City guard in the bottom of the picture)

and ye, I made a mistake on intel (however, I gave a screenshot ) , nonetheless, that doesnt change a lot of things, because we're comparing an 870 ilvl to a 825.


Please provide a screenshot of your shaman stats, in arena, and we will compare it to Cdew stats in arena, thats the only way we can know if its bugged or not.

That screen was taken after I hit a pvp training dummy and so receiving the pvp template buff.
In pve at 825 ilvl with that gear I only have ~20k intelect.

But I will take a screen from arena as soon as I can.

In 889 I don't have that much.
In 825 I have 25517 which is really-really close to 25400

Oh lol, I found the issue........ Armor Specializations are active during PvP (you know, you get +5% primary stat if all of your gear is Cloth/Leather/Mail/Plate). I'll check on retail if they should be or not, and in case they should, I'll adjust templates

That scalling is really strange
I hope Armor specialization are the cause of this ..

It's not strange. The iLvl bonus affects only the value received from the template and NOT the base value. You have a specific str/int/agi at level 110 without any gear, etc, that is not increased.
Look at this screenshot from retail:

You can see that my iLvl changed, but the base 10228 DID NOT. So that's why you get a lower increase with iLvl. In my case that 7 iLvl should've gotten me to 27707, but I got only to 27678, because the iLvl does not affect the base value.
