[FIXED] Some account issues from forum mail

sorry for the inconvenience but I have a problem logging in on the server. The credentials are correct and I can easily access the site
The client works without problems and I'm sure it works since I tried to log in with a friend's account without problems, at this point I think it's an account related problem.
Specifically, the account is zul'jin. I tried to log in with both credentials but nothing on the contrary, the first time you log in immediately under the username a curtain opens with two options Zul and jin as if they were two different accounts from each other. The realm selection keep show up but every time i try to enter it disconnect me

Is there any way to fix it somehow, for example by changing the account name?
