Bug description: On m0 it works, but on m+ its not. He starts with full mana, this can be noticed when he casts one of his [Focused Power] spells already when you pull it. Also his mana does not show any usable information. His mana supposed to show much time left until the next [Focused Power].

(8:30) his mana 0 at start and as the time goes it gets higher, when it reaches 100% he uses it to cast one of his [Focused Power]

This is a very low pro bug, I understand its not supposed to work like that but on M+ he works just fine, and as most of the people will do exactly that M+ for now I will just lave it here as confirmed.
