Bug description: The NPC is not goind to the credit zone , and without the NPC you can't complete the quest.

Also , i have "Completed" the quest and the NPC (NPC ID : 104728 ) did not apper to finish the quest.

Make it autocomplete for now, from some strange reason the waypoint does not want to start.

Fixed the part with the npc not being visible

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
