Bug description: once you drink that small pot in blood troll village near jo'chunga, it gratns you 120% leech, as you can see, i have no leech on stats and i dont heal

Use an addon such as DejaCharacterStats to see all the stats.

It now gives 120% more of your current leech value. For example, if you have 75 -> you'll reach 165. (if you have 0 leech -> you get 0 leech)

This wowhead comment states that the tooltip was misleading on retail too. Judging by how the spell is designed by blizz (only removed in raids and keystones), I'm pretty sure it was intended to have an insignificant value or limited to a specific environment.

TL;DR: It will become exploitable.

I tested on 902 and all the buffs obtained from that area are limited to Nazmir or nerfed to a lower value. (probably they made hidden hotfixes for their mistakes)
