[FIXED] [Vectis NM/HC/M] Liquefy vs Timer

Comparing Retail Videos with the current Situation on Freakz there is a Difference in the Movement timing of [Vectis](https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=134442&name=vectis) during the start of Intermission Phase when Vectis finished Casting Liquefy.

**Retail**
Vectis begins to cast [Liquefy]( https://youtube.com/watch?v=ar9K4rGI3WU&t=105:

) after the 4 Second Cast finished Vectis transforms in the the Pool and remains on the same Position till [1:53]( https://youtube.com/watch?v=ar9K4rGI3WU&t=113:

) and starts moving after.

**Freakz**

Vectis starts casting [Liquefy](https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=265217&name=liquefy) at 1:30 and transforms at 1:34 in the Pool. After 2 Seconds at 1:36 he starts moving.

The Liquefy cast itself is correct comparing to Retail. However Vectis remains **2 Seconds** less on the Position where he transformed comparing to Retail which makes the Bossfight more complicated.
