[FIXED] [Warlock][All Specs] Mana Regen

WoW Freakz spell link: Drain Soul
Bug description: Drain soul is not properly taking warlocks mana. You can see warlock not using even 1 life tap during fights to exchange HP for mana. On retail.it says 33kmana per second while here i think base regen is higher than drain soul can take. Which is making affly warlocks super powerfull.
Proof: no profs it can be tested even on dummy just channel drain soul and it will be seen u will need few minutes to get oomed(maybe never)

I tested it on retail, warlocks should have 1% mana regen per second (that is 5% in 5 seconds, which is shown in the character panel).
This is also confirmed by https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/mechanic/class/warlock?spec=WarlockAffliction&&version=7_1_5_23420

On our server, warlocks currently have 33% more mana regen than intended. Fixed
