[FIXED] [Warlock][Destruction] Backdraft +Fire and Brimstone

Bug description:
#1 Incinerate consumes 2 stacks of Backdraft if you are specced into Fire and Brimstone.
#2 If you cast Chaos Bolt/Incinerate then Conflagrate the stacks dissapear. This might not be a bug since they changed the way snapshotting works, now it is when the spell hits the enemy. If someone can test it on Live.
