WoW Freakz spell link: Glyph of Curse of Exhaustion
Bug description: The glyph reduces the spell's duration by half. That already works correctly in PvE, but not in PvP. It should reduce its duration from 8 seconds to 4 seconds.
Also when using it with soulburn it has 10 seconds duration in PvP for some reason.
