Bug description: Fury warrior has more strength than it should in pvp

at 02:57 , the warr has 22553 strength at 881 ilvl

the video is from 26 february 2017. And from what I know nothing changed to pvp templates from there on until the end of the season.

here fury at 884 ilvl has 23973 http://imgur.com/a/VG7xg

with the 3 ilvl increase (0.3 increase) that 22553 becomes 22553 x 1.003 = 22620

so it's 22620 on retail vs 23973 here.
