Bug description: You cannot use Enraged Regeneration while you have Vengeance on you. It should be able to use it

Yep confirm, Vengeance is not allowing to use Enraged Regeneration for some reason.

When the warrior has vengeance he can use Enrage Regeneration only when Enrage buff is up.

Vengeance is in my heart, death in my hand,
Blood and revenge are hammering in my head.
