[FIXED] [monk][Mistweaver artifact] Mists of life vs enveloping mist

Bug description: this only happens in arena(didn't test in duels but in pve it's ok)
Now, when you put life cocoon on someone with mists of life you automatically also put enveloping mist and renewing mist on him
the problem is that if you already have enveloping then with cocoon you cast another one... making it two at the same time..
also when the cocoon version of enveloping is on, you can cast another one ..making it two

this shouldn't happen - the cocoon enveloping mist should replace the older one or if you cast an enveloping mist over the one that came with cocoon.. the newer one should replace it.

bottom line.. you shouldn't have two enveloping mists at the same time.

Yeah. There are two different Enveloping Mists (the base one, and the Ancient Mistweaver Arts one - the spellId is different, that's why duplicate is possible....) fixing it soon
