Bug description: soul leech ignores dampening and it shouldn't
soul leech with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=219272 (wowhead link) absorbs 20% of the warlocks maximum health
for a lock in our gear that's ~630k absorb

in an arena at 40% dampening the absorb was still ~630k

Hotfix (2016-07-28): "The amount of life absorbed by Soul Leech is lowered by Dampening, as intended."
