Seems like the problem was elsewhere and I will remake the thread.

So.. on my lvl 90 afli lock I have 141k HP and full artifact traits

So healthstone should heal for ~10k (tooltip) + 25% of my HP (from https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=199220 (wowhead link)) - that's 10k + 35k = ~ 45k
instead it heals me for 10k + 35k +35k - that's without https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=216708 (wowhead link)
so it kinda doubled the effect of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=199220 (wowhead link) as a baseline.

with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=216708 (wowhead link), healthstone healed me for 10k + 70k + 70k .. that's almost double what it should heal for. It should have healed for 10k+35k+35k

you guys should check if the bug is more general and more artifact traits are affected by this.

I don't think so, I added on purpose the caster to the list of units to be healed (i forgot that it gets added automatically, so it healed twice... sorry, it was my mistake). Fixing it soon
