[FIXED] [warrior][Fury artifact] Odyn's fury (and other off-hand spell damages)

Bug description:deals more damage than it should with the offhand part

at 0:23 the warrior crits the ww monk (who has 0 dmg reduction) with Odyn's fury for 209720 main + 104861 offhand.
At the time he did this damage he had the folowing dmg increases :
Avatar - +20% dmg

I recreated the exact same circumstances, with the exact same dmg increase on 0% dmg reduction and the results are:

So while in the video , the offhand did ~ 50% of the main hand dmg, here it did ~67%

And this get more interesting when I asked for a full burst - with the above increases + enrage (so https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=76856 (wowhead link))

main hand damage is 295k while offhand is 234k .. so offhand deals ~ 80% of main hand dmg...

During burst there is no offhand damage penalty.

If my idea is right, this affects ALL such spells (like windfury, stormstrike for example, but countless other ones.)

Yeah, I found the bug. It affects all spells with off-hand part. Expect a drop in all the affected spells

the warr crits the paly with odyn's fury in full burst (including avatar and enrage) for 292k main hand + 146k offhand
that's 50% offhand.

I knew that there is 50% penalty too, it has been in the game for a long time, but I thought it was properly implemented. There was an issue though. Fixed now
