Fatigue in a little pool at Suramar City

Bug description: I was doing some quests when I went to interact with a NPC and suddenly it appears the fatigue bar. Then, I moved from that pool but it didn't work, as you can see in the video.

I can confirm the above bug, it also happens near the entrance of the dungeon Eye of Azshara.
