First hit Corruptions proc and Too many procs

Bug description: These negative corruptions proc all at the same time after a moment you've been out of combat.Also the negative corruptions in general proc way too often when getting constant damage.A prime example would be when doing world content and you fly over some mob and he autoatacks you and every time its a tendril and thing from beyond proc its dumb.I cant even walk 30 yards without some mob autoatacking me and proccing tendrils instantly then thing comes outta nowere and applies 2 more corruptions on me.
Also on a boss like N zoth you get 1 million procs of tendrils and pools and things from beyond.
These corruptions should have a 1 minute RPPM.I get it that i might get unlucky sometimes but this "1st hit 3 corruption proc is happening all the time" is ridiculous.When you have 10 mobs attacking you get tendrils proc all the time.(try doing a vision with 70 corruption you cant move from A to B without gettind tendrilled to the ground).If this is too hard to fix just put a 45 sec internal cd on them or something and be done with this.

Yeah the amount of eyes and thing of beyond is crazy af ,at the moment the most safe option is to have like 20 corruption ,also many times I get like stacks of circles on 40 corruption and 60 ,the negative is proccing too much .

Distgustingly broken. If you constantly fight targets that are attacking you, there is a corruption proc UP all the time (either eye, either slow , either thing from beyond).... not to mention that if you are out of combat for more then 1 min, first hit u take = 3 corruption procs.

I agree that the penalties for corruption are kind of absurd.

Its pretty much weird because sometimes if u stay still u dont have a proc for like 40 seconds ,but if u move around u get like 2-3 circles at the same time.

Same for me as a Paladin tank, trying to do visions with 3 masks or more is impossible if you have more than 30 corruption, the only way to clear visions is to basically remove all the corruption items.
