[Fishing Daily] Blood Is Thicker

Bug description: You can't fish the Bloodtooth Frenzies (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=45905&&name=bloodtooth-frenzy) since you don't get the Animal Blood buff (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=46221&&name=animal-blood) to spawn the Pool of Blood (https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=194479&&name=pool-of-blood) (it says there are some pools of blood spawned in Townlong Steppes, but that's not correct).

While browsing through the links again, I noticed that the "Animal Blood" buff is only applied by certain mobs, Wooly Rhino Calf (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=25488&&name=wooly-rhino-calf) and Sand Turtle (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=25482&&name=sand-turtle). Normally, it should be applied by quite literally very non-scourged animal in Borean Tundra.

So the quest actually works, but the required buff is only applied by a weird selection of mobs.

Honesty's an attribute of the truly brave - and thus a privilege to the very few.
