Bug description: Both drops in Val'sharah instead of Silver Mackerel. Database shows these should not drop in these water.

Database doesn't match in-game.

These should not drop in Legion areas.

Proof:

Went 2 different place. Open water and river. Used .GPS command. Also I have maxed fishing.
