[REJECTED] Fishing skill is maxed at 75 and cant get above journeyman fishing from fishing trainer.

Hello i would like to report a problem in fishing profession. I increased my skill to 75 in apprentice fishing and i needed journeyman fishing to keep increasing my skill to 125 but when i went to the trainer it showed that i had already got journeyman fishing and i needed expert fishing to increase my skill further. But my skill is limited to 75 and i can't get journeyman fishing cause it shows that i already got the training and i need 125 skill level to get expert fishing but here's the problem i cant get past 75 skill level cause its maxed out. And i cant even learn journeyman fishing cause it says i already know that skill. I have posted some screenshot and hope u will find a solution.

And i tried fishing for half an hour but my skill doesnt even increase by 1 and its still stucked at 75
