Game Load Error. CAS system was unable to initialize

So i'm having the issue where it says cannot run without launcher. Ive tried 2 ways now. first was install from launcher. the launcher never seemed to start but I was able to play and get up to lvl 9 and then when I quit and tried to play again. It would not load and I had to start the process of downloading again.
I decided to just torrent the whole thing and install and still I cannot get the launcher to run. I keep getting this big long error that I cannot figure out how to share but it says "The CAS system was unable to initialize.[/img]
