[General] Boss encounter reset in instances

Bug description: Bosses in raids, dungeons and keystones are just heal back themselves and attempt to run back to their original location if you wipe on them. If you are in combat with a boss and all player dies in the instance then the boss/bosses should instantly despawn and a whole new version should spawn after a while(20 sec approx). This is important because the currently used reset method makes possible multiple bugs like DHT 1st boss, CoS 1st boss, MoS 2nd boss, Upper karazhan 4th boss, almost every raid boss(deso host, maiden, fallen avatar, tichondrius and many more).
If a boss fails to reach its destination(can happen very easily here since mobs walk through the texture on freakz, instead of going the way they are supposed to go) then its over, you must reset the instance. In raids its also very annyoing that desolate host almost very time gets pulled cause it has no respawn timer at all and it spawns players right into the boss sometimes.

- Every time you die in raid, dbm shows a timer which tells you how much time left until the boss's spawn cause its written for retail where this works like that.
