Genesis to Felsong transfer question

Hello,
when there was only a Genesis realm I have bought Vial of the sands recipe and corrupted ashbringer (for transmog). They weren't transferred to Felsong. So I am wondering if I want to have them in my Felsong char, should I buy them again, or there is another way to get them? As far as I can see the ashbringer is available in shop but there is no vial of the sands listed in ingame shop.
