Bug description: [Bloodsoaked Skullforge Reaver] and [Flamescarred Draconian Deflector] heirlooms missing after buying them with votepoints and deleting the character I sent them on. I mention that I activated the heirlooms and I used them on him, and they appeared in the heirlooms tab, but on other characters they don`t appear avaible.

Did this issue get solved in the meantime? It usually happens that at first, the heirloom collection doesn't update and later on, the issue solves itself.

no...after some days, I just bought the heirlooms again but with gold from the vendor.

I'm sorry to hear it ended like that. Hopefully next time, it won't be like this and in case you do experience issues with heirlooms coming from vote points, feel free to open a new report about it. But also take in consideration that sometimes it takes a while for the heirloom to actually get added to your collection. If it doesn't appear ingame right away, doesn't mean that the item is lost. Again, sorry for this inconvenience, hope it won't happen again.
