Herbalism - stucked at skill 100

Hello, can someone advise me, how should I raise my herbalism skills? Flowers till skill 100 gave me skill-ups but since then they were all grey. And I have gathered bunch of flowers. Now I came to Northland and Frozen Flower needs skill 400

I know it is my fault that I did not pay attention, if flower gives me skill - up or not, but could someone advise me where to start the way to increase herbalism skill till 400? Remember I have go with skill 100 through whole Outland

Hello Fearius,

Level it up in the Broken Isles. There's no skill level required to gather Broken Isles herbs.
