Try to delete cache. This could be also caused by the recent crashes.
As far as I'm aware this is not a general problem.

Deleted, still nothing.
IT might be problem with prestige 17, last time saw someone (dont remember who) with also P17, lvl 1.

That must be the maximum prestige level for this season.
Each season is going to add 4 prestige levels.
