How do I get 'Flight Training: Ring Round-Up' quest done ?

Considering it's a private server a lot of quest completions are alternated somehow. I'm lost on few quests so I just abandon them but help me with this one. I think it gives the mount flying skill so it's kinda important.

Hello mentasmastika,

It's not a bug, it tells you what to do on-screen, too.

You have to complete the "Temple of the White Tiger" quest chain to access the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Lore-wise the area is locked and only opens once you get permission to enter, which happens in that questchain.

Here's the first quest for the chain:

You can train to fly in Pandaria in the Shrine.
