How to set the experience rate to 1X

Hi everyone!
I was just wandering if there was a way to set the experience rate to 1x. I was told in game that it can be done from the "edit account" page (https://www.wow-freakz.com/edit.php), but there I only see options to modify the reputation and items rate, not the xp.
This is somewhat bugging me because I have not played wow since cataclysm and I would like to see some of the changes at a slow pace.

You cannot adjust xp rates anymore its default rates for everyone

10x until level 90, 7x in WoD, 3x in Legion
