[Hunter][All Specs][Spell] Feign Death

Bug description: At apply, the HP of the player dissapears, reappearing at the cancel of the buff.

Dispare hp-ul (vizual) si pentru cel care il casteaza, nu doar pentru restul.
Atunci cand esti in party iti apare corect hp-ul atat tie cat si celor cu care esti in party.

Ar trebui ca bara de HP sa apara goala atunci cand un enemy te are in target iar tu (si party/raid-ul in care esti) sa iti vezi hp-ul asa cum il ai.
