[FIXED] [Hunter] Beast Mastery Stomp low damage

Bug description: Stomp is doing very low damage. I dont think it benefits from Bestial wrath.
Proof: I got to the dummy in origrimar. Did some damage. The averege of stomp is 513k. Simcraft said i shoud do 680257 averege. So i go to wow logs. Look at Goroth single target fight. Found a player without any agil proc trinkets, and 939 Ilvl. I have 959, so i shoud do nuch more damage than him, right???? Well, no, he does an averege of 683k damage with 36% crit, and i do 515k with 51% crit. https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/tVwD7kqAfvgPL3WR#fight=2&&type=damage-done&&source=13

His normal hits are 325-624 k. Mine 342-420k. His crits are 650- 1369k. Mine are 683k-840k... I have a little bit more damage then him on min hits because i have higher ilvl, so more agil. but he destroys me on the interval of the damage. My damage is almost always baseline, while his fluctuates much more, so his hits must have another buff that i do not have.

So let us do the math again. I do 513k damage averege. Simcraft said i should do 680k. Bestial wrath is a bonus of 33%. 513+33%=682......

PS: again, in 7.2.5 the damage is bigger.... So AGAIN something is very broken with bm hunter on 7.3.5.

After more tests, it seems it is not bestial wrath, but something releted to it, the t19 2P bonus, wich does not seem to apply to stomp. IF bestial wrath does not apply to stomp, the set bonus most certanly does. With an uptime of 60%, and an 50% damage bonus, it is exactly the 30% missing dps i thougt was releted to 33% bestial bonus.

(2) Set (Beast Mastery): When you use Bestial Wrath, all of your currently summoned Dire Beasts gain 50% increased damage for 15 sec.
