Bug description: When i have quipped https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=151641&name=soul-of-the-huntmaster my https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=212436&name=butchery doesen't proc https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=87935&name=serpent-sting on any of my targets it have to because in 7.2.5 it was working properly.
As you can see in the video he use https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=212436&name=butchery and all targets have https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=87935&name=serpent-sting
