Hi, have skinning in 500+ and i cant use my profession in legion

My character is: "Higurashi"

the game say "your skill is not high enough" pls help me

It currently (but wrongly) use an old formula being [target level] * 5 and the result is the minimum skill level you need to perform the action. So for a level 110 croc, you need 550 skinning without any boosts.

Not only that to unlock Legion skinning you must go to the skinning building in legion Dalaran to start the quest
