I can´t open wow

A few days ago I was playing normally, but the last sunday I wasn´t able to open the game, I use the launcher but nothing happens, I check the task manager and the wow aplications is there but it just won´t open, I tried everything, since download the torrent again, until format my pc and yet I´m not able to open the game, I open the launcher, nothing happens, i wainted even hours to test but no results.

Please what can I do to resolve this situation.

Greetings, I have windows 7 but I tried also in windows 10 with the same results, in both cases I formated my pc thinking that was a virus or spyware the cause, but the problem persist, its like the launcher Cannot connect to Freakz server, because i tested other server and they works, incluiding blizzards, but freakz is the exception.

what could cause this?

Yes, I downloaded the file launcher_23420 multiple times thinking that my internet downloaded it wrongly but the same, at the moment of open the launcher nothing happens. The only think I left to test are the connectivity, it is posible that something is blocking my connection to wow-freakz server at the moment of use the launcher?

I tested my pc with my fathers mobile internet and it works, so this mean my internet ip is blocked but I dont know why, maybe a virus used my pc and your server blocked it but I never did something agains the server. I want to ask you if there is a problem if I use vpn or some program to change my IP in order to play, I don´t want to get banned, and I never used programs like hacks or things like that, but for some reason i got blocked.

I´m asking your permission to use this alternative to solve my problem, or if you can get me a solution.

You can use VPN to play. Your IP doesn't seem to be blocked by our host
