Bug description: Using the item only makes your character do a short animation. As a blood elf, my char would just throw the coin onto the ground. How the item actually should work is your char should do the animation, and in the chat box it should say "[Name] casually flips his Titanium Seal of Dalaran". Furthermore, if you catch the coin it should say "[Name] finds the coin face down for tails!" or "[Name] catches the coin heads up!"
