Great to see you're trying to get the insignia legendary...

I managed to get it a week ago on my rogue running Seat of the Pantheon in lfr difficulty. Are you absolutely sure you were on the quest when you vanquished argus? Perhaps you should try to go to the vindicaar and double-check if the corresponding quest is no longer visible for you, if not you might be bugged and require staff assistance to get the problem resolved...

A friendly tip for the next time:try to include screenshots in your next reports from now on so people can have a clear view of what's going on.

Well yea im preaty sure that I complet the quest i just checked bouth charachers and Velen didnt had the quest for Argus the Unmaker. And as i sad i got only the artifact power as reward for completing that quest at 1st it didnt bother me for druid but for my warlock that ring has some nice stats
