Item already looted + Relic bug

Bug description: Hello! Today i did TOC 10 HC and N for Edge of Agony weapon transmog and it droped on N. I wanted to loot it but it says item already looted, obviously i dont have it, all other items i could loot but the sword not. The other problem i had is with the Blood relic droped from TOS LFR. I had before this a blood relic ilvl 875 and when i replaced it with the 890 ilvl relic my ilvl decreased with the HP even if the weapon ilvl grown. On armory shows the relic is level 845...but its imposible. Hope you can help me guys, Thanks!
