Bug description: when you click the npc, it completes the quest, but you don't get the items required to complete it.

I add some information.

To complete the quest, we should use a Reprogrammed Shredder (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=35129/reprogrammed-shredder) to collect required items. The shredder to use should be the one that we obtain in previous quest, but that one doesn't work correctly too (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Azshara-Runaway-Shredder-t486053.html), even though we are able to complete t.
However, there is a backup Reprogrammed Shredder near quest giver, but that too is not "mountable" and so the quest cannot be completed in any way.

Bug Description: So, can confirm this as well. Reprogrammed Shredder simply gives the generic "Greetings, <name>." when you attempt to activate it while flagging the quest complete. While doing that though, none of the 6 Azshara Lumber (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=47050&&name=azshara-lumber) that's needed is given. Funny bit of extra information to add here is that if your attack is low enough you can hijack one of the normal Runaway Shredders which happen to have the spell that creates the Lumber from the piles. Only thing is, is it does nothing. Using the first spell in the vehicle even causes you to 'blow up' dealing damage to enemies around you for some reason.

Edit: Getting into a bad habit of realizing this late but this prevents three other quests ("Up a Tree", Defend the Gates!", "Arborcide") in Azshara from being completed as well due to being a quest chain.
