Kil'jaeden's Burning Wish DOES NOT scale with MASTERY! (When it should)

Bug description: I've gotten this legendary dropped on my arms warrior the other day. As you may or may not know, the warrior mastery increases damage from all sources a warrior does, however, this trinket is seemingly unaffected by that fact. It deals it's base damage no matter what damage amplifier is present. On retail however, it does. If it was to scale with mastery, it would make it be a viable choice to run with as far as legendaries go, however, now.. it is subpar. With that being said, can you please hotfix this issue as soon as possible. Latest by the time 7.2 hits.

No it shouldnt, it did in 7.1 but that got changed. DMG got buffed iirc in 7.2.5 tho.

KJ does not take any dmg inc effects into consideration.
Reason is simple, the legendary would be way to imbalanced between different classes so blizzard made a fixed (ilvl dependant) dmg part.

The legendary was added 7.1.5 so if you read stuff that it scales from 7.1.0 it was related to the PTR version and not live version of the trinket.
