Bug description: These quests give 1500 reputation association with faction. But problem is these reputation bonuses don't get affected by rep increasing sources.

As human with diplomacy racial I should get 1650 rep

"1500 reputation with Highmountain Tribe. Tip: If darkmoon faire is active, ride the carousel or use Darkmoon Top Hat before completing the quest."
This means that 1500 rep can be increased with rep increasing abilities, buffs or skills. Also those things stack with human racial.

There are more posts about rep increasing sources (top hat of darkmoon etc) talked about in RETAIL forums but I don't think you would consider that as valid source.
