Bug description: i have evrything required for the quest and i dont see Amal'thazad and though that i have collected the bones the quest is still incomplete .

The NPC is visible only when the world-quest Life's a Lich is active. Perhaps you might have missed it and that was a visual bug.

I've tested it and it works in theory (quest was not active so I had to manually give it to me): Imgur

Next time try to exit the game completely, delete your cache folder, re-enter in the game and see if it works.

I'll reject this for now, if anything changes I'll move it back and mark it as confirmed (however I doubt that'll happen).
